The PLURITANK lines are custom-engineered to each customer's requirements.
Modular construction with a variable number of cleaning, rinsing and drying stations. Alongside classic ultrasonic cleaning, combined processes such as the pressure-pulse process can be installed in any stage. Hot-air and vacuum drying are equally state of the art.
Novatec PLURITANK multi-chamber ultrasonic cleaning systems combine ultrasonic cleaning at 25, 40, 80, 100 or 120 kHz or our multi-frequency technology, fresh-water rinses, hot-air and/or vacuum drying and optional robot handling in one continuous line. Each system is dimensioned to the part geometry, the contamination (oils, chips, polishing pastes, fingerprints, etc.) and the customer's cycle-time target.
The cleaning systems are built entirely from high-grade stainless steel (1.4404 / AISI 316L) — with Allen-Bradley, Siemens or industrial PC running a multilingual HMI, bath filtration down to 0.01 µm, closed water loops with reverse osmosis, optional cleanroom version (down to ISO 3) and full IQ/OQ/PQ documentation for regulated industries such as medical and pharma.

Not every application needs a fully automated transport system. For small lots, single-piece or special builds we also offer PLURITANK as a manual multi-chamber line: several treatment tanks (spray pre-cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, rinse, dry) can be combined side by side, with hoist or manual loading.
Same cleaning quality as the automated version, just without the automated transport. Ideal for lower throughput. The line can be retrofitted with an automated transport system at a later stage.

The PLT 60V two-chamber cleaning unit combines classic ultrasonic cleaning (multi-frequency technology) with the novel pressure-cycle process. Alternating vacuum and overpressure drives the cleaning medium into blind holes, the finest bores, undercuts and internal geometries — exactly where ultrasound alone reaches its limits.
Used for high-precision parts cleaning in medical devices (implants, surgical instruments, dental components), micromechanics (watch movements, sensors, micro-parts), semiconductor manufacturing (wafers, high-vacuum components) and the optical industry (lenses, eyewear frames).
